How long does it take to receive at package? 

Once an order has been placed, it takes 24 to 48 hours to be processed. Once an order has been processed please allow 7-10 business days (DUE TO COVID-19 and USPS DELAYS).

This time frame does not apply to bulk orders.

How can I place a bulk order? 

You can place a bulk order via email with our customer service department at customerservice@rosasgreekboutique.com  

Bulk orders are for items with the quantities of 24 or more of the same item.

How are shipments with preorder items processed?

If your order contains a pre-order item(s) your total order will not ship until all items are in stock. If there are certain circumstances where you need part of your order please email us at customerservice@rosasgreekboutique.com with your oder number and  your request.

Custom Orders

For customer please send the following information to customerservice@rosasgreekboutique.com:

Item Requested
Quantity Needed
Artwork or pictures you may want on the custom item
Timeframe/Date items need to be received

Keep in mind there may be a minimum quantity needed to order depending on what item is requested. Custom orders will only ship to one address.

Can I make changes to my order? 

If there are any changes to your order that need to be made please contact Rosa’s Greek Boutique via email at customerservice@roasagreekboutique.com or by phone at 302-678-2147 or 302-399-1068. When sending your email or calling us please have your name, order number and request ready, all emails must be received within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes but there are no guarantees.


What do I do if I never received my order? 

If you have not received your order within the time frame provided, please contact customerservice@rosasgreekboutique.com 

Customer service will be able to research your order and provide details.
